The Hell Canyon Trail goes past the ruins of a Civilian Conservation Camp. The CCC workers built the Jewel Cave Ranger Cabin and did other improvements around Jewel Cave National Monument.

Length: 5.3 mile loop
Difficulty: Moderate
Location: 13.5 miles west of Custer, South Dakota
