With the granite figures of Washington, Lincoln and Jefferson looking on, Miss June Rumple and Clyde Denton of Keystone were united in marriage in an impressive ceremony on the porch of Gutzon Borglum's mountain studio.
The principals of the wedding in an unusual setting became acquainted in the shadow of the giant memorial and desired to be married in its presence. The Rev. Ezra Parker Whitton of the Community church of Keystone, officiated.
